We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We accept undamaged products
purchased online or in store for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original
purchase.
Items sent back beyond the 30 day deadline without a return authorization number will not be
refunded.
Any orders that are refused by a customer will be subject to a $15 refusal fee. If your package
arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible.
Sample packs, custom jobs, or items from the Closeouts section are non-refundable.
Return process:
1. Call or email us within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive an return authorization number.
2. Write the RA number on your packing slip (if misplaced, attach a copy of order receipt). If you wish to write a description, add it here.
3. Carefully repackage your item, making sure it is in resalable condition and include enough packing materials to ensure it is not damaged in transit. If a package is
damaged in transit it can not be refunded.
4. Ship package using the following format:
